Davina Barber used makers/designer from Norfolk by Design and is the brainchild behind the Beach House – a beautiful holiday home that sleeps 10, nestled in the village of Brancaster, North Norfolk. Davina's Beach House is currently featured in Condé Nast Traveler - looking at UK "staycation" destinations as travelers look closer to home.

CAPTURING THE LIVELY LANDSCAPES OF URBAN GREAT YARMOUTH

KATARZYNA COLEMAN'S landscapes are given extra weight by the physical absence of people in them. But their impact on her industrial landscapes is so present in these moody canvases. Katarzyna Coleman is from London and studied at Hornsey College of Art (1979-1982, followed by an MA in Fine Art at Manchester College of Art (1982-1983). Her work explores industrial & urban landscapes, predominantly the unarranged landscape near her studio in the harbour area of Great Yarmouth, Norfolk.

Each of the small lead and glass figures created by Norfolk artist KERON BEATTIE explore ideas of fragmentation, remaking and wholeness and the passing of time recorded in the objects themselves, and through the artists interventions. He is interested to look at the long-standing symbiotic relationship between lead and glass and frame it in a new and intriguing way. See more in our pop up at Houghton Hall this Summer.

SEARCH OUT SOME ARTFUL ADDITIONS TO THE WALLED GARDEN AT HOUGHTON HALL THIS SUMMER

We have more sculptural works in our pop up at Houghton Hall this year, running alongside the Henry Moore exhibition. You can find some wonderful stone carving using lettering as a key part of artworks by GARY BREEZE, these are loacted just inside the main entrance to the garden. In addition we are showcasing ANDREW JONES' kinetic sculptures in the Dahlia beds, just adjacent to the vegetable garden. Take a look when you are next visiting this most Stately of homes!
